Title: Develop Job Sheet
Performance Objective:
Given the competency in your session plan, you should be able to develop a Job
Sheet, following standard format.
Equipment: PC with internet connection, TR or CBC
Steps/Procedure:
1. Search for the Job Sheet format in the PTS folio template.
2. Identify the job to be mastered.
3. Determine the tasks and operations involved in the Job Sheet.
4. Determine the conditions, performance and criterion for the job sheet. Consider
variations on the conditions and/or criterion.
5. Identify the tools, equipment, supplies, and materials the trainee will need.
6. Sequence the operations and tasks in a logical manner.
7. Indicate safety precautions and procedures to be observed, and sanitary
conditions to be maintained and directions for checking the accuracy of the job.
8. List the operation that covers the manipulative skills needed to perform the job.
9. Develop an evaluation instrument or checklist to check each trainee’s work.
10. Edit footer.
11. Evaluate your own output using the performance criteria checklist.
12. Present your output to your facilitator through Google drive shared to your
facilitator’s email (tmlachica@tesda.gov.ph)
