CONDITIONS: This PO should be produced and shipped in accordance with the Randa Logistics Manual & (TOE) Terms of
Engagement Policies. We may cancel this PO at any time prior to shipment without cost or penalty to us. All shipments are
subject to our inspection and approval prior to shipping. Vendors are required to request specific shipping instructions
from the Planning team at least 10-15 days in advance of all shipments. We require POs to be shipped on or before the
confirmed ex-fac ship date. Any POs shipped late are subject to a deduction from future invoices using the following
schedule; delay of 5-14 days 5% of PO cost, delay of 15-27 days 10% of PO cost, delay of 28+ days 20% of PO cost and/or
late POs are subject to all Air/freight expenses related to the shipment. POs more than 7 days late are also subject to complete
cancellation by Randa.
