Mobile Phone Sales System

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The Sales system should allow users to record customers sales.


• Only Managerial level employees have the right to view revenue data
• The software automatically validates customers against the ABC Contact Management System

NON-FUNTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

OPERATIONAL

• Employees never allowed to update their salary information. Such attempt should be reported
to the security administrator.

• Every unsuccessful attempt by a user to access an item of data shall be recorded on an audit
trail.
• A website should be capable enough to handle 20 million users with affecting its performance

SECURITY

• Users must change the initially assigned login password immediately after the first successful
login. Moreover, the initial should never be reused.
• Privacy of information, the export of restricted technologies, intellectual property rights, etc.
should be audited.

PERFORMANCE

• The system will automatically record the data


• Provides a summarize information data of all buyers

CULTURAL AND POLITICAL

• The software should be portable. So, moving from one OS to other OS does not create any
problem.

Answer: We market our product by posting it on social media.

Q2: Can a customer order through online?

Q3: Are you the one who manufactures or do you have a supplier?

Answer: We have a supplier

Q4: Does it have a discount when they are a wholesale buyer

Answer: Sure, we can give them a 20% discount if they ordered worth 500,00 pesos of our goods.

Q5: Can you name some of your competitors?

Answer: Millan company, Ursua Company and Frias Company are some of my competitors

Q6: What do you see as the most difficult challenges for your business?

Answer: For me the most difficult is that having a bogus buyer

Q7: What do you find as the most rewarding about this business?

Answer: The most rewarding is having enough money to sustain my needs

Q8: Why do you costumer select you over your competitors

Answer: The customer should select me because I can fulfill their standards on reaching the best
specification of phones

Answer: In the next 5 years I guess this business have a lot of branches all over the world

Answer: The conflict was were lacking of stocks and some of the costumer already reserve they item.
We did resolve this by borrowing into the other branch some of their inventory.
