Q1: What should Andy Gibson have done differently in his meeting Jacob Clemson in
Jacob’s office?

There are a lot of actions that Andy Gibson duty to be done in other way during
his meeting with Jacob Clemson in the Jacob’s office. First, Andy duty’s is made an
arrangement before setting off to Jacob’s office then he should not get into Jacob that ae
inconsiderate and did not have any arrangements. When Andy talked with Jacob, he
should not interfere with him. In other wise, he had to close with the venture better. As
the example, he should talk about the input with the Jacob or ask about the assessment
from the Jacob and attempt to keep up the business association with Jacob.

Q2: What are some things Andy could have done differently in his initial contact with
Jacob and during the project?

Andy could have choose not to be an intentionally dishonest snap. He should have
helped Jacob as its opposed to purposely deceived him by lying about 15 and 12 month spans
and overlooking any specify in the nick of time conveyance. The last is not as grievous as the
previous, however for the sake of morals and having the capacity to rest during the evening,
customer temporary worker relations. Andy should have let Jacob know the truth. Next, Andy
should not lied about the estimated project and put more intense pressure to Jacob such as
mentioning other projects and the others. That situations was seen too rude and not appropriate
to use social engineering that he wanted. It seems to manipulative and made him as
untrustworthy person. Jacob also said “They never asked, never listened, never told me, what
was going during the project there as well.It can be said that good communication is important.
This is because good communication is a foundation for any kind of relationship and really only
the best way to build a successful business. They must be clear on the deliverables, deadlines,
and the cost and make good on their words.
Q3: What are some things Jacobs could have done differently from the time he met
Andy Gibson initially and during the project?

Jacob should have taken his time after he met Andy Gibson. He should have gotten a
second opinion and asked for other quotes. He rushed in making decision and that’s the
reasons why he in troubled now. After he hired Andy, an unwise choice he should kept tabs
on him. It seems that Jacob was not firm with his communication preferences. He should
have clearly laid out the communication and evaluation expectations. If Andy did not agree
to them or don’t listen, Jacob should had cut his losses and fired that man. It’s not worth with
the headache. Jacob messed up when he give in to pressure and hired Andy Gibson. He
should have been more involved for this.

Q4: What should Gerri do?

The thing that Gerri must do is locate another and showed the regards to. I don’t state
this facetiously however in all trustworthiness I can imagine that an organization where is the
proprietor will cheat his clients is a place that won’t prompt any sort of expert change also Gerri
will be trap by some exploitative things in the organization. Next, the second thing, which Gerri
must do is contact Jacob. He must contact Jacob and advise him to be careful with Andy. Gerri
must explain to the Jacob that he has been cheated by Andy that the venture is expected to be
completed within 12 months at any rate. Whistleblowing is a vital piece of the corporate world
today and we as a customer or consumer must know our rights. In the event, Gerri imagines
that the organization merits sparing and working to feels that Andy is not a good person. Andy is
harmful pieces to the organizations and will the failure in the future. Gerri has the responsible to
converse with alternate proprietors of the organizations and advise them about Andy’s activities
and also let them know the cause of Andy’s actions. Lastly, Gerri must force Andy to the site
when he perceived how he acted in Jacob’s office. Gerri also must inform Jacob all that
activities as it will reveal a true manner about Andy that was Act extremely in his office before
this. Last but not least, Gerri also must force Andy to admit all his mistake and asked the
apologizes from Jacob and others.
