Answer the following questions briefly and comprehensively:

1. Based on your understanding, what is leadership?

Leadership is a sense of initiative to lead, influence, or guide himself and others to do the
right things in a better and more group-friendly way.

2. If you will be given a chance to be a leader, what leadership style will you employ
towards your organization?

If I will be given a chance to be a leader, I would be utilizing Relationship/Person-Oriented

Leadership style for it manifests my values in giving aid to other people in a way I can and
know how and establishing rapport in all ways.

3. In your opinion, is there a best style of leadership? Justify.

For me, Relationship/Person-Oriented Leadership style is the most suitable way of leading
a group for it focuses on establishing rapport with the members for them to communicate
well and produce a great outcome of tasks for tasks are not based on the quantity of time
it was made rather depends on the quality of how it was done.
