Our Leadership Team
Mike von Grey (Chairman)
Mike is a successful entrepreneur, who is passionate about applying
technology to solve business problems. Mike Co-founded RevenueMed in
2002, an Atlanta-based company that provides remote coding and billing
services to hospitals and larger physician groups. The firm combines process
re-engineering, sophisticated imaging and workflow technologies with a skilled
off-shore workforce to deliver improved revenue levels and tighter regulatory
compliance. He is the CEO and chairman of the company.
Mike founded Speech Machines in 1996 and was the CEO of the company till
2001. The company was the first-mover in moving medical transcription to an
Internet-based, ASP service model. Mike sold the business in 2001 to Royal
Philips Electronics/MedQuist.
Mike co-founded Software care Ltd in 1989, a Market leader nursing software
system — combined decision-support care planning, acuity, patient costing and
automated scheduling. This company was Sold to HBOC (McKesson.) in 1996.
Mike earned his BSc, in International Business and marketing from University
of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School in 1983 and his MBA from Harvard
Business School in 1989.
Joyce John (CEO & Co-founder)
Joyce is the co-founder and Managing Director of RUBY Software.
Joyce has around two decades of industry experience in the information
technology and internet industries. Joyce joined RevenueMed (India) in 2007
and built an elite Ruby on Rails development team. In 2011, the captive division
was spun out into a separate company under the brand RUBY Software.
Before joining RevenueMed, he was employed by Brunswick as Director - IT and
strategic businesses and was based out of their New Zealand office. He was
associated with Brunswick since 2003, he initially built Brunswick’s innovation
center in Singapore. He started his career with Tata Elxsi and has also worked
with Creative Technology (Singapore).
Joyce is an entrepreneur at heart, passionate about building and mentoring high
performance teams. He founded Helixense in 2001 with two of his friends and
lead the team to build an innovate platform for Bio-informatics
The idea was to use the human genome database and other
publicly available databases to provide a software platform for
Research organizations that will enable them to quickly build
bio-informatics applications.
Joyce earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science
From Mysore University in India and Post-Graduation in Software
Engineering from National University of Singapore in 2000.
Suresh Vasudev (CTO)
Suresh is the director and co-founder of RUBY Software. He is involved in the
delivery of key projects to our clients.
He is responsible for coordinating with the client to plan the iterations,
development and delivery of the projects.
Being a technical person, he deeply involves in the design of the application
and participates in handling critical production issues.
20+ years of industry experience. He has worked with Swiss Airlines (via IBS),
Sun Microsystems UK, IF.com Scotland, Emirates Airlines -Dubai, SAMBA [Saudi
American Bank] - Riyadh, Ahli United Bank - Bahrain
He is a Sun Certified Java Developer, PMP certified and Agile Certified
Profession [PMI] and has done his Masters in Computer Science from the
University of Kerala.
His interests include learning new technologies, problem solving,
learning new business domains.
Varghese Daniel (Director - Digital Platforms)
Varghese Daniel, a versatile and high-energy leader with expertise on IT
delivery management, technology management, agile, innovation, business
transformation and operational excellence. He is spearheading Digital strategy of
RUBY Software and is actively involved in Big Data Analytics and RPA efforts of
the company.
Varghese’s Broad experience and expertise encompass multiple industries and
technology platforms. Has successfully led several initiatives for developing
project management and technology management strategies, delivery
methodologies, operational excellence programs. Experience in working with
Infosys as Senior Project Manager, Accenture as Director in charge of Software
delivery and Quality, RevenueMed as Head-Operations, ProtonPepas Principal
Consultant and UST Global as Delivery Director.
Currently working as an Agile Coach and Project Management
