Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about quality of service in your holiday resort, in which my family and I had a rest
last weekend on November 18th.

Firstly, a week before our arrival we booked rooms but when my family and I arrived, apartments were
busy. Also, stuff were too slowly, that’s why we had to wait too long.

Secondly, the food was not very good. All dishes had no taste and all dishes were always served cold.

In addition, when we got the bill, we were surprised, because the price for apartments were much bigger
than we were told.

I expect you will apology for spoiling weekend.

Hope you will improve your service and reduce your dishes or else you can lose customers.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a cassette player I purchased from your shop two days ago.

Although the cassette player looks like properly, it doesn`t work.

Furthermore, when I tried to turn it on, the button of the player wreck down to the device.

I sent the cassette player to your shop after having been assured by one of the assistants that I would be
sent a refund.

In addition, I still have not received one.

As a regular customer of yours, I feel disappointed with the way I have been treated and hope that steps
will be taken to rectify the situation.

My 2-year-old daughter cut herself on the toy. You claim it is safe for children over 18 months.

It was 9 o'clock before we were seated. I had booked a table for my wife and myself for 8:30

Justification:

Waiter proceeded to bring us the wrong starters. I had repeated our order to check that the waiter had
heard me correctly
