Life Cycle Cost Coverage Program (LCC Program)
As an all-inclusive program for servicing, the Life Cycle Cost Coverage Program covers both
scheduled maintenance and ad-hoc repair. It is designed specially to relieve the bus operator so he
does not need to deal with the uncertainty and risks of maintenance and repair costs. With better
control over running costs, the vehicle owner will then be able to utilize his operating budget
more effectively and accurately.
Extended Coverage Program (ECP)
Modeled similar to an extended warranty scheme, the Extended Coverage Program covers all ad-hoc
repairs whenever necessary. It is designed to relieve the bus operator of the burden of uncertain
repair cost risks.
ECP offers comprehensive service that includes repairs and/or overhaul work on transmissions by ZF.

The LCC Program offers a comprehensive service such as Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), oil and ECP is priced as a fixed cost, so ZF will bear the costs for replacement parts and labor.
