It’s all about quality of life and finding a happy balance between work and

friends and family.

-Philip Green

Hello everyone!

First of all, I should ask you. How often do you think about how you will spent your rest of life? Or what is more
important to you? Work, friends or family ? I ask myself often about it and for me it’s really essential to spend a quality
life with balance between these areas, but it’s hard. Especially when you’re growing up, and you start to think more
about your purposes and achievements in your life. In short, you achieve life balance when you have enough time to
pursue both work and personal interests that you love.

However, when you feel as if one side of your life is using up too much of your energy, you can become stressed, your
productivity can fall, and your personal relationships can become strained. Research shows that, when we don't feel in
control of our time, illness and burnout can quickly follow. It's well known that working long hours can increase stress
and anxiety, which can have a number of serious effects on our health.

When you think you're spending too much of your time and energy on one area of your life at the expense of another,
you can also feel guilt, regret and frustration. This can have a negative impact on your personal relationships and self-
esteem.

I’m totally agree with Philip Green, because when you start to think too much about work you usually forget about your
family and friends that you love, and it could be more problematic then you can’t control your time even for work and
for your interests. I should give some examples of people that achieved this work-life balance and are happy, in my
vision.

For example Will Smith, one of the most popular actor that is well-known for his actor skills and talent. He has 3
beautiful child, he has a charming wife and big family in the whole. He could combine these areas, such as work and
pleasure and to create a happy family in this life.

In general, I could be a good example, because I try not to forget about my friends, family or learning, and to balance all
of them with borders, healthy borders. All these processes characterized my life, and one without the other would not
explain a quality life to me.

In conclusion, all is possible when we are concentrating on spending equal lengths of time between these areas and that
way to achieve work-life balance.
