Artist has a very large contribution to the world, they play a role in presenting and
educating the public about our history and identity. On the other hand, they also have
contributed the overall development, and well-being of our society. World artists and
Filipino artists greatly contributed various artworks that keep people’s life alive. Those
artworks produced by different artists were the product of their passion, imagination, and
expression which also depicts reality.

2. What are the contributions of the Filipino painters and composers in the
Philippines?

I’m an effective leader because I’m willing to do the job or task that was given to me, and
I’m responsible enough to supervise my subordinates. As I observed in myself, the five
characteristics of effective team leader that are inherently found in me are; make
decisions with input from others, listen to feedback and ask questions, set goals and
emphasize them, show loyalty to the organization, the team and team members and lastly,
treat team members with respect.
2. As a team member, which of the enumerated characteristics describes you as an
effective member of any youth organization.
As a team member, the characteristics that describes me as an effective member of any
youth organization are; help the team leader to succeed, provide open, honest, and
accurate information
support, protect, and defend both the team and the team leader, show loyalty to the
organization, the team leader, and the team, lastly is share ideas freely and
enthusiastically.

3. Which symptoms of team problems has your team commonly encountered?


Describe and explain the problems and your own ways of solving it (past
experience).
The first symptoms that my team has commonly encountered is personal stress. Usually,
stress shows up in the team members, evidenced by “blowing up” and physical
symptoms. The team members feel threatened and thus become less efficient and more
dissatisfied in doing their assigned task. Second problem that I experience is shifting and
changing decisions, the decisions that was made are often changed shortly after it was
being made and the team members are not willing to commit the team unified course of
action.

4. What is Shared Leadership? Explain and give example.


Shared Leadership is the practice of governing a school by expanding the number of
people involved in making important decisions related to the school’s organization,
operation, and academics. Examples of these leadership is the projects a force composed
of members from different divisions of an organization, a collaborative project between
two or more organizations, and a public partnership to meet a community goal.
