Note: Each student has to submit individual report for the topic assigned to him/her. Each student will select a company of his/her
choice and identify the practices of corporate governance followed in that company as per topic assigned. No two students can
select same companies. The report should have a proper cover page , citations for the refered material from
websites/periodicals/journals/books and refernces/bibliography at the end of the report. The report should be typed in "Times New
roman, font size-12, 1.15 line spacing, justified alignment, both side printing, all margins at normal settings and pages should be
numbered. The last date for submission of report is 10.04.2020. Late submissions & Plagiarisim are not acceptable.
