Dates Processes

22 October - deadline SAQ deadline at 6pm UK time

Pre-interview admissions assessment and BMAT for relevant applicants –

4 November see www.cam.ac.uk/assessment for more details.

5 November - deadline School/college stamped request forms for additional provision or

support at interview (e.g., learning requirements/access) to be returned.
These forms will be requested via a separate email.

5 November - deadline All relevant applicants – deadline for written work to be uploaded via
the Churchill College Upload System.

5 November - deadline All applicants – deadline for completion of Applicant Additional

Invitations to interview at Churchill will be emailed.

Please do not contact us about interview invitations unless you are asked
16 - 30 November to and/or you need to send us missing or imperative information about
your application.

Interviews in China and Hong Kong – administration of interviews in

23 November – 7 China is dealt with centrally in Cambridge University, not by individual
December colleges.

30 November onwards Applicants who have not received an invitation to interview or an

unsuccessful applicant email are welcome to email the Admissions Office
to ask whether they will be interviewed.
We will not enter into correspondence about this before 30 November.

1 - 12 December Interviews period for Churchill but some may fall outside of this period

Mid - late January 2021 Winter Pool interviews take place.

All decisions will be emailed by 17:30 UK time, for all interviewees. Do

25 January 2021 not contact us beforehand, please, as this will delay the process for
everyone.

5 November is a very important deadline in the Churchill admissions process. By this date, there’s a lot of additional
information which we need from you in order to process your application. Please read the summary below very
carefully and make sure you send us all the relevant materials upload the relevant materials using the Churchill College

Overseas Interviews
Please note that Churchill applicants who are interviewed overseas will receive the outcome of their applications at
the same time as all other applicants, on 25 January 2021. Overseas interviewees are still required to complete
other aspects of our Admissions process.

All overseas interviewees must also complete any necessary admissions assessments, even if these are
sat after interview – see www.cam.ac.uk/assessment

All overseas applicants in Natural Sciences and Chemical Engineering via Natural Sciences (not via Engineering) must
complete our Natural Sciences questionnaire by 5 November – see above for the link.
