GBP Quotations may be paid in Euro to our South African Bank Foreign Currency Account (FCA).
GBP Quotations will be converted by Narich (Pty) Ltd to ZAR and are not negotiable.
ZAR Quotations are subject to revision due to exchange rate fluctuation even if still valid on a case by case

Warranty The Rhopoint Instruments Warranty is for defective parts within 12 months of Delivery.
An extended 24 month warranty is available by registering the instrument on Rhopoint Instruments website

Warranty issues must be reported by Phone, E-Mail, or via the Contact Us page on the Narich Website.
The customer has the responsibility to deliver the Instrument to the nearest Service Centre (Cape Town or
Johannesburg).
Rhopoint Instruments will return the Instrument without charge.
A Service Inspection charge could be levied for labour and validation of a Warranty Claim.
SELF SERVICE or ANY SIGN of D.I.Y. INVALIDATES the Warranty.
