Ampliteam Capstone Buildable, Functioning Prototype

The image below is a still captured by our team in the Online software development known as
Onshape. This is where we have been constructing 3D models of our prototype, as well as
buildable 2D blueprints.

Onshape 3D Model

After developing our prototype, we had to make our 2D blueprint (Image #1). To create this we
used the drawing feature in Onshape. This is a feature that allows users to develop sketches of
their product they designed. After generating the scaled sketches, we measured out the lengths on
the blueprint. It is important that sketches we generated were buildable. This means that someone
could look at the blueprint and have a clear understanding of how to build our product, or
understand where everything lies.

Another aspect that can be found in the images below are directing arrows. These blue arrows
point out the major components of the image above, for easier comprehension and clarity (Image
#2). The third image shows the circuit we designed to go inside the cylinder of our product.
This gives an inside glance into what the inner workings of the product look like.
