This survey is designed to Assess the On-Line Learning Experience of Students, validate the
following:
I. Pedagogical Efficacy: Effecting a Positive learning experience that stimulates growth and
development towards intended learning outcomes and, or concerning academics-oriented
knowledge and skills, from content-specific areas to technological skills through on-line learning.
II. Ease of Use and, or Ease of Learning: Facilitate the ease of use and ease of learning
experience, through clear-cut procedures, coursework, task requirements, and teaching-learning
strategies.
III. Reliability: Promote a sense of security by providing a system of technical support,
management, and maintenance of students' data and learning contents.

The Adelante Learning Management System, an internet-based learning system, intended to deliver a
positive student learning experience in terms of:
I. Pedagogical Efficacy: Effecting a Positive learning experience that stimulates growth and development
towards intended learning outcomes and, or concerning academics-oriented knowledge and skills, from
content-specific areas to technological skills through on-line learning.
II. Ease of Use and, or Ease of Learning: Facilitate the ease of use and ease of learning experience, through
clear-cut procedures, coursework, task requirements, and teaching-learning strategies.
III. Reliability: Promote a sense of security by providing a system of technical support, management, and
maintenance of students' data and learning contents.
The set criteria shall be rated as follows: (1 - 5) average your level of experience for all subjects
5- to a High Extent: Delivers a High Level of Learning Experience in all Subjects,
4- Moderate Extent, Delivers a High or Moderate Level of Learning Experience in Majority or All Subjects
3- Fair Extent/average Delivers a Fair or Average Level of Learning Experience in All or Majority of the
