On the basis of the records submitted by LAGONOY HIGH SCHOOL, Lagonoy, Camarines Sur and
upon the successful completion of the requirements under the K to 12 BASIC EDUCATION PROGRAM,
approval of the eligibility for graduation from the Senior High School (Track: Academic, Strand: Accountancy,
Business and Management (ABM)) is hereby given and made a matter of record, effective March 31, 2020 to
