SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ANDREW MIGUEL L. SANTOS, of legal age, married, Filipino and residing at
0026 SUNOG APOG ST., TONDO, MANILA CITY, METRO MANILA have named, constituted
and appointed and by these presents do NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT my legal wife
TRISCIA NICOLE G. PAÑA, likewise of legal age, married, Filipino and residing at the same
address, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead and
for my own use and benefit to do and perform all or any of the following acts and deeds, to wit:

- To accept the following from the PHILIPPINE STATISTIC AUTHORITY (PSA):

 Certificate of Live Birth

- To encash my check from NESTLE PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED drawn against

PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK on my behalf because I can’t personally come due
to conflict of schedule of banking hours and my office hours.

- To make gifts specifically a GRAFF DIAMONDS HALLUCINATION WATCH to

MANNY PACQUIAO who is my confidant and friend of mine.

- To borrow money by making a promissory note with an amount of P 5,000,000 with

3% interest to MANNY VILLAR payable within 3 years by installment basis (every
end of the year is the payment of principal and interest).

- To make, execute and sign any receipt, documents or any papers necessary to carry
out the said task.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact, full powers and
authority to do and perform every acts and things whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do as if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
