supervising Miss Purich during her special education student teaching placement at
Commonwealth Charter Academy. Madison was an asset to this school and went
above and beyond in her role as a student teacher. As her Kutztown University Student
Teacher Supervisor, I am impressed with the growth she has made this semester and her
admirable professionalism.

Miss Purich exhibits a plethora of high quality skills and characteristics that make her a
valuable addition to any team. One quality is her dedication to education and her
ability to accomplish all tasks asked of her with integrity and efficiency. In the realm of
education this speaks volumes. In addition, her attention to detail has been consistently
displayed in her planning and execution of lessons. Miss Purich also demonstrates
effective differentiation strategies to meet the needs of all of her learners, especially in
a virtual setting.

Time management is another strength that Miss Purich possesses. She submitted high
quality lesson plans on or before the deadline. It was always evident that she was well-
prepared and used her time wisely. In addition, Miss Purich collaborated with
stakeholders on a regular basis and consistently communicated via email, phone, and
zoom meetings.

Miss Purich epitomizes a willingness to grow and professionalism. Her work ethic shows
she is a self-starter, a person who accepts and applies feedback, and a forever learner.

It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Miss Purich for employment. She is an
incredibly hard worker and would be an asset to any organization! I am happy to
