Ingredients
Hard bread: 100 grams.
Romaine lettuce: a piece of 1/4 kilo or
200 grams.
Parmesan cheese to taste to decorate.
Cesar dressing
Preparation
First Separate the leaves of the lettuce
and wash them.
To cut the lettuce there are two ways: leave the leaves complete, or cut each one in
elongated strips. We like the first option better, but that is everyone's decision.
In any case, arrange the lettuce in a bowl of salad.
Cut the hard bread into cubes, to make the croutons or croutons.
Bathe lettuce with the César dressing.
Finally add the cheese; you can grate a little on the salad, or remove flakes of cheese with
a domestic knife, and sprinkle.
