The study also provided evidence that using effective communication techniques can help

dealing with it within accounting firms were limited and lacking. This study can help in

The study identifies the gaps considered to be important in the desired communication

accountants by reviewing the existing literatures. The study examined that the oral
communication is more important than the written communication skills. Most of the
existing studies and researches lack clarity and incomplete of literature reviews. However,
this study provided specific details about the gaps in communication in accounting such as
the gaps in the informal written and oral communication and the gaps in formal written
and oral communication that could improve the communication of the accountants. This
study can also help identify what are the needs to improve the gaps in communication
skills of accountants.

for decision makings and making the business success. Also, having proper customer
service is important for accounting and finance staff to make clients fine and comfortable

management and other users. This article gives information about providing efficient and

offers various example and illustration so the meaning will elaborate more precisely.
Communicating requires simple terms to interact in a manner of way but on the other hand
it keeps information more precise when information translated into writing so the
accountant can use technical writing skills to convey messages. The relationship build in
communication makes foundation strong. It show how accountant reconstruct information
