1. After knowing the different roles of an entrepreneur or a CEO, would you still like to be one? Why or
why not?

- To be known as a CEO of your company is a great pleasure. It is a big leap that might change your
whole life. But to be a great one is a challenging role. The demands that you must do is very
overwhelming for me. As an inspiring entrepreneur in the future, I would rather to be an investor to the
company than run it. It doesn't mean I'm afraid to commit those things but I am confident that I could
be a better investor than to be a CEO. Before, one of my biggest dream is to be a CEO of a company but
as I learn more things about how business industry work, I slowly change my perspective. It is because I
learned that it would be beneficial and more suitable in my own skills to be an investor. As one of my
goals is to be a stockholder in different companies and be skilled enough to where and whom my money
is more worth it to invest. The book written by Francisco Colayco who ia an entrepreneur, venture
developer and financial adviser, taught me a lot how to make your own money grew and one of his
teachings is investing. I find his book very helpful to me because investing has a greater chance of
getting profits in it since it is already an established company than making your own company. One of
my greatest knowledge I learned from him is to be a successful individual, don't just let your money
sleep at bank but rather invest it and get it into twofold or more. Therefore, before making your own
business, it is better to look at the existing business and learned from them and investing is a great way
of generating money to build your own business. Just like my parents would always say as their selves
are entrepreneurs, it is better to take risk than not having results at all.

2. Among all the roles of an entrepreneur, which do you think is the most challenging one for you?

I myself grew in the environment of having an exposure in the world of business because bought of my
parents side have their own family business. As I observed from them, decision making is the most
crucial part in business operation. In which for me the most challenging role as an entrepreneur is the
decision making role. It is because making decision for your business doesn't only affect you as the
owner but all the aspect of your business. In this role, it can either make or break your business which it
proves that it has a great impact in the business operation. Just like our family own business which my
parents had to acquire many units of computers to build a computer café because our store is located
near in high school and the demand of students who need it is very high which it is one of the source of
profit. But these situation is change due to the pandemic we suffer loss from it until today and I am still
glad that the other family is going well because of other operations. Therefore, making decision for the
business is hard to do because many aspects you must considered that later it might greatly affect your
business due to circumstances like the pandemic. As my father said, business is like a human’s life, there
is no business always operating in good condition but you should not shaken by it rather you continue to
pursue it since there is always tomorrow.
