WHAT SHOULD YOU PUT IN YOUR FITNESS JOURNAL?

Journal is a daily record of news and events of a personal nature (Oxford Languages). On the other

hand, fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy (Oxford Language). Furthermore, when we

emerge these two things, we created a collection of information/events on our personal condition of being fit

and healthy and this is now what we call the fitness journal.

But what are the features or what should we put in our fitness journal? First, we need to set our goals

and expectations on our physical well-being. We need to insert these goals for us to achieve clarity in our

journal. Second, we need to insert our personal health information (current). We need to put our current body

weight and height, current body mass index (BMI), and other related health information. Third, since it is a

journal that we should monitor daily, we must include our daily habits related to fitness. We must list the food

we intake, the amount of water we drink, the exercise you have done every day and the method you have used

in executing your workout. Lastly and most importantly, put in your journal on what you have feel every time

you are doing various exercise. List all your mood. So this is how fitness journal works and be careful to track

your progress!
