What have you learned?

We learned the distinctions between weight and healthy weight. Weight is solely defined as a person's
heaviness, however a healthy weight is one that is normal and related to one's height. We also
discovered that if our BMI is normal, we can consider ourselves to be at a healthy weight. If we are not
in a normal weight, there are many things we can do to obtain a healthy weight, such as setting weight
loss goals, following a healthy food plan, maintaining a healthy balance, and engaging in physical
activity. Another thing we discovered is that men and women have various body types.

2. What have you realized?

We realized that we always need to take care our body to obtain a healthy weight. Having this kind of

health is very essential for us to prevent the risk of having diseases. If we’re not in a healthy weight, we

should look some goods points on how we are going to achieve it. We can change our daily hobby if we

are not on a healthy weight. Everyone of us has different body types, we should always appreciate what

we have, but we should not only be contented on what we are, instead is look for some ways that we

make our body more healthier and normal.
