FOR  REMOTE  E‐VOTING  FOR  FIRST  TIME  USERS  AND  ALSO  FOR 
ATTENDING AGM  

Dear Shareholder, 

Stated  below  is  the  process  for  casting  your  e‐Vote  and  attending  the  AGM 
through online mode. 
Important Note: 

1. The  e‐voting  commences  on  Wednesday  the  23rd  September  2020  9:00  AM  and 
concludes on Friday the 25th September, 2020 5:00 P.M 
2. Please refer the https://www.evotingindia.com/Help.jsp for any help in this regard 
3. The AGM is going to be held on 26th September 2020 at 11:00 AM IST

Login  to  https://www.evotingindia.com  and  Click  on  Shareholder/Members 
displayed on the right hand top corner of the home page (you will be redirected

Enter the  User ID*  and the six digit characters that are displayed  on the 
screen and click on login  
*Kindly note the User ID is the sixteen digit DP ID/ CLIENT ID/ DEMAT ID.

¾ STEP 3 
You  will  be  prompted  to  enter  PAN  linked  to  your  Demat  account,  Bank 
Account  Linked  to  your  demat  account  or  date  of  birth  as  mentioned  in 
your Demat account.     
 
• Enter the PAN linked to your Demat Account 
 
• Enter the Bank Account Number linked to your Demat Account or Date of Birth 
in dd/mm/yyyy format

¾ STEP 5 
Once  the  password  is  created  you  may  login  using  the  User  ID,  six  digit 
code displayed on the screen and the password you created. 
 
You will be redirected to a new page wherein the name of the Company will 
be  displayed  for  casting  your  e‐vote  for  the  4  resolutions  that  will  be 
displayed. 
 
On 26th September 2020 at 10:30 AM IST, request you to login using User 
ID, six digit code displayed on the screen and the password you created for 
evoting an You will be redirected to a new page wherein the name of the 
Company will be displayed and you will be able to attend the AGM.
