Referring to our target participants – Indonesian students and families in the Netherlands,
sponsorship benefactors will get the opportunities to promote their institution and/or product in our
event.

Improving Company Profile

Sponsor benefactors will improve their social images as institutions which have a strong sense of
social responsibilities by supporting student activities carrying value of unity and friendship.

Terms and conditions

Prospective sponsor benefactor can choose one of available levels of sponsorship available.

• The application for sponsorship should be completed and sent to the committee before 10 August
2017.

• The design of institution logo should be sent to the committee before 15 August 2016.

• The signing of the contract is done by one of each representative member from each party.

• Sponsorship payment follows the terms of payment applied.

• Cancellation of sponsorship follows the terms of cancellation applied.

• The committee is open for negotiation of sponsorship outside the available sponsorship levels
provided, for instance in the form of goods and/or services.

Terms of payment

For platinum and ultimate level sponsorship, the transaction can be done up to 2 terms of payment.

• All kind of sponsorship, whether it is money, goods, and/or services should be completely given up
to 15 August 2017.

• Payment of sponsorship in the form of financial aid can be sent to

Terms of cancelation

• If the cancellation of sponsorship is initiated by the sponsor benefactor after the contract has been
signed, the money or any other form of sponsorship that have been given will not be returned.

• If the cancellation of sponsorship is initiated by the committee side after the contract has been
signed, the money or any other form of sponsorship that have been given will be fully returned.
