This is to confirm that we, HAPPY EARTH ENTERPRISES LLP having its registered
office at 3/8 Ground Floor, Kodichikkanahalli Main Road, opp. MG Infant School,
Bilekahalli, Bengaluru, are in the process of registering ourselves as a Business to Business
(“B2B”) Customer of Decathlon.
We hereby declare that Mr/Ms. Dinesh Tamang, who is the Sales Executive of our
company/organisation, is hereby authorised to do all such acts and deeds necessary and shall
be the sole person authorised to transact on behalf of us with Decathlon for the purpose of
making B2B purchases. All transactions shall be made only by Mr/Ms. Dinesh Tamang vide
the email ID dinesh@happyearth.in. In the event any transactions are made by any other
person or through any other email ID, Decathlon can reject the transaction.
In the event there is a change in the abovementioned authorised signatory, then we shall
immediately intimate to Decathlon the name and details of the newly appointed authorised
signatory. Post receipt of the intimation, the newly appointed authorised signatory shall be
the exclusive and sole person to perform all B2B transactions with Decathlon on behalf of us.
