SUGGESTION IN IMPROVING THE MULTILATERALISM

and better lives in the sustainable communities.

 Integrate between national and multilateral

- The goal is to make multilateralism complementary to the capacities of

nation-states but not replacing for it.
- This is to achieve the common transnational objective.
- To cope with the global challenges. For example, financial crisis, cyber
threat and so on.
- All nations get the benefits from the cooperation.

 Systemic coherence

- To maintain the systemic coherence of the world order, a new

multilateralism needs to be designed.
- The diversity of policy approaches is needed as there are diverse in
culture, norms, values, capabilities, and condition that represented the
community’s nations.
- Formed the existing patchwork of multi-level, multi-channel coalitions and
alliances in new multilateralism as to ensure the continuity of
policymaking.
- Within a context of global cooperation and integration, this system may
provide space for diversity in institutional practises across nation-states.
