 They are assigned for the one of the performer (Bless Anore – Singer) thay are incharge to talk to
Bless anore and give other details to her.

 They are assigned for the one of the performer (Da Lit’Squad - Dancer) thay are incharge to talk
to them and give other details.

Hadassa Pastrana and Jhomar Roset

 They are assigned to talk to Mikee Acapulco and Jhon Monfero to get a short greeting for the
BSTM 3A event.

Christine Abla, Randy Boy Belen, and Romarie Cordez

 They are assigned for the token that will be given to the three-guest speaker.
 They are assigned to take care and buy all the need in the token

Contingency Plans

We are all have a back-up guest speaker and greetings and also, we have a back-up plans for the
token when our supplier delay or suddenly occur a conflict we all look for a back-up supplier because we
didn’t know what will happen at least we have a back-up for this.

NOTE: for my communication team I don’t have any comment or concern because they all
cooperate and give idea and suggestion when I needed.
