Decision making

Managers often have to consider large amount of data,synthesize from them

only relevant information and make decisions that will benefit organization .
A decision represents a course of behaviour selected from a number of(more
than one) possible alternatives. Thus ,a decision is an end or the final product of
the decision making process. In fact,decision making means,choosing one
course of action rather than another and finding an appropriate solution to a new
problem posed by dynamic world.
