The exigencies of the service so requiring, and to enhance administrative efficiency in

addressing taxpayer's request for BIR Ruling on certain issues, the authority to sign deniat of
requests for information covered by Section270 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997.
as amended, is hereby delegated to the Deputy Commissioner, Legal Group.

This Order shall take effect immediatelv.
