greater pinnacles. Compensation is competitive. Every year, employees have
performance reviews that give them a chance to receive merit raises. A
Coca-Cola Red Tag program rewards employee with travel and merchandise
as a way to recognize exceptional performance. Employees also get tuition

Energizing Environment
- Coca-Cola also strives to offer an energizing environment that will motivate
employees every day. On site, employees have access to a cafeteria, dry
cleaning, a credit union, a store and free parking. Different Coca-Cola work
sites offer different perks. In the UK, the Coca-Cola headquarters includes
free drinks and fruit, special hours during the summer and an on-site gym.
Awards
- Everyone appreciates being noticed for doing hard work. Create certificates
that express your appreciation and display these outside people’s offices.
You can download a template or create your own certificate format and print
it on colored paper, foil paper or parchment. You can also create humorous
awards. These certificates reward deserving employees and provide
mementos and decorations for the office. You also can give out medals,
trophies and ribbons.
Contests
- During employee appreciation week, you want to thank your staff for their
hard work. You also want to motivate employees to continue their diligence.
Run raffles and other contests. For example, set up a table with balloons and
banners announcing the contest. Play music to draw attention to the area.
You can set up a suggestion box or hand out feedback surveys at this
location. For prizes, give gift cards, movie tickets or restaurant gift

certificates. You also can give out coupons for company services, award free
parking or even extra vacations days.
• Privileged Leave
- This has been designed to give you vacation periods for rest and relaxation
and to provide time off for your personal needs. You will however be
entitled to these leave @ 2 days per month Only on completion of 1 year of
your service. This can be carried forward too.
• Sick Leave
- Sick leave may be used when you—
- *Receive medical, dental, or optical treatment
- *Are incapacitated by physical or mental illness, injury, pregnancy, or
childbirth;
- *Would, because of exposure to a communicable disease, jeopardize the
health of others by your presence on the job etc.
- Sick Leave is @ 0.5 days per month
• Half-Day
- The half day period should either be the first 4 hours of the day or the last 4
hours of the day & this will be adjusted towards Casual leave or Sick Leave
if your permission is due to health reasons.

• Casual Leave
- The period of such leave is limited to 6 days in a
- Calendar year and is granted in such a manner that the total period of
absence including holidays (prefixed or suffixed) does not ordinarily exceed
8 days. Casual Leave is @ 0.5 days per month.
• Comp- Off’s
- Employee can avail for the extra shift they have worked or for having
worked on a declared holiday. Part shifts or working for 2 hours extra does
not entitle the employee for a Compensatory Off.
Times Management:
- 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (all departments other then technical departments),
- 4 p.m. to 12 p.m. (Technical department)

Personal Days
- 0 personal days, however we give 3 days we call Floating Holidays that can
be used as such.
Sick Days
- 0 sick days per year, may use Floating Holidays or Vacation time. $200 sick
pay for approved medical leave for surgery, hospitalization, maternity.
Vacation
- 1 week after 1 year anniversary, 2 weeks second year, 3 weeks after 8 years,
4 weeks after 15 years.

- Leased or purchased through Aramark, company pays 70% of cost,
employee pays 30%.
401K Plan
- After 1 year of service, and attaining age 21, you are eligible to participate in
the 401K Plan For the first 2% of salary you contribute, Pepsi will also
contribute 2% For the next 4% of salary you contribute, Pepsi will contribute
another 2%.
