The Company: Information and Communication Technology Association-

Ethiopia (ICTET) is an Association, established in 2010 with the charities and
societies Agency (CSO) and re-established at Ministry of Trade in 2013 to
EXPOSE, ENGAGE and ENABLE the private sector within the ICT industry in
Ethiopia. The association would like to help place up to 240 recent
graduates/graduating students in ICT field for internship as part of a digital
skills cooperation project with GIZ STEP.
Position: Intern (Total of up to 240 for a period of 1 to 3 months)
The Opportunity:
· Provides real-work experience for interns and the chance to make
valuable contribution to the operations of the company where the intern
is placed.

Qualification & Experience:

· BSc/Msc. in ICT/Computer Science/ Computer Programming/Electrical
Engineering

· Good knowledge of ICT tools, programming, networking, app

development

Required skills:
· Ability to perform all tasks with attention to detail and manage
information systems,

· Be a ‘hands-on’ proactive team player, Engaged, and a self-starter

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and local

languages.

· Excellent prioritization and time management skills

 · Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to handle tasks

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· High emotional intelligence, you possess professional maturity,

sensitivity with different cultures, and impeccable and integrity
Condition of Employment: Duration of Internship is 1 to 3 Months
Location: Addis Ababa at different places of work
