Business to customer(B2C) 

1. Definition – B2C definitely means a service from business to individual customers directly
like retailing. B2C more to globally reach. Anyone can access it, with an Internet access.  Even
small businesses can sell to customes on the other side of the world. It is a short-term
business relationship because after customer receive their desire, the business relationship
ends. Number of buyers in B2C is usually large.

3. a) Smooth checkouts. In Lazada, customer can checkout smoothly with many methods such
as credt/debit cards, online banking, 7-eleven and now, we can pay with touchNgo e-wallet
along cashbacks. 

b) Flash sale, Most Popular categorization. This new search trends help improve search
results based on what customer has searched or their purchase history. Instead of using
traditional search methods as keyword matching, they can generate personalized search
results.
