Ingredients:

½ cup (110 g) unsalted Butter

½ cup (70 g) Integral Whole Cane Sugar

1/3 cup (70 g) Caster Sugar (superfine white sugar, not powdered sugar)

1 Egg

1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste (or Vanilla Extract)

1 + 1/3 cups (180 g) All Purpose Flour

½ teaspoon Baking Soda

Pinch of Salt

About ½ cup (80 g) Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. Butter a 9,5 inch (24 cm) iron pan (you can also use every oven proof skillet).

2. Place unsalted Butter in the pan and slightly melt over low heat for few seconds. Remove from heat
and mix with a spatula until smooth and creamy.

3. Add Integral Whole Cane Sugar and Caster Sugar and combine.

4. Add the Egg and Vanilla Paste and combine.

5. Incorporate the dry ingredients: Flour, Salt and Baking Soda.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips and spread evenly.

7. You can add some extra chocolate chips on top just before baking it.

8. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F – 180°C for 20 minutes or until slightly golden.

9. Remove from the oven and cool it down for about 15-20 minutes or you can have it hot if you
prefer :D
