Dear Mr. Rajiv Kumar Rajput,

Hope you are fine.

As aware, outbreak of COVID-19 has completely disrupted the functioning of all organizations. The pandemic

and its pessimistic outcome have drastically affected the operations and have been continuously affecting the
world economy including India as it has brought everything to halt. At the peak of this pandemic, we are
confronted with the possibility of a huge loss of business. With the halt in enrolment from past admission tests
and calling-off of two admission tests that were slated in March and April 2020 (though being executed online
now), we are staring at a possible major business setback.

Given the current scenario, we have to take some tough and difficult decisions to ensure survival of the
company. Needless to say, student services are paramount, and we need to give uninterrupted and top-quality
services to our students under any circumstances.
Due to unforeseen circumstances and for the survival of the company, it has been decided to grant you leave
without pay. Accordingly, you are being considered on a temporary, unpaid leave of absence till further notice
from the day our offices were not operational and subsequently w.e.f. March 25, 2020 the day when nationwide
lockdown was announced by Government of India. However, any work done during the lockdown period (prior
to this communication) would be duly compensated subject to verification. It is important to note that your
employment continues with us and as soon as our classroom and other operations starts in full swing, we will
contact you and call you back to resume your duties immediately. In between, you must be available on call or
notice as and when required.

During the period of your disassociation (i.e. during leave without pay), you will be at liberty to work anywhere
/look for an alternate employment and the same shall not be construed as violative of service terms and
conditions /employment contract.
It is indispensable to state that we will reassess the circumstances regularly and will inform you accordingly.
We understand that this is a tough situation for all of us including you who have been associated with us,
however, we need to take extraordinary measures with heavy heart to ensure continuity of operations.

We urge your continued support to ensure that we come out unscathed out of these unfortunate
circumstances.

Kindly take care of yourselves and your families and stay safe during this difficult time. Let us pray together for
well-being of ourselves and for others fighting this pandemic.
