Subject: Termination of Employment

This letter is to formally inform you of a difficult decision we have made at SuperWise International Pvt. Ltd.
After careful consideration and review, we have concluded it is necessary to terminate your employment,
effective April 1st 2024.

We understand this news may come as a disappointment, and we want to express our sincere appreciation
for your contributions to SuperWise International Pvt. Ltd. during your time here. Your contribution has been
valuable, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

The decision to terminate your employment was not taken lightly. We have provided you with support and
guidance in achieving your performance goals. However, despite the efforts, we have not seen the sustained
improvement needed to meet the essential requirements of your role.

While we acknowledge individual challenges can sometimes arise, the consistency of the performance
struggles necessitates this change.
