period, you will receive a stipend of up to INR 10,000 per month.

The first phase of your tenure will be a probationary period, during which you will undergo
comprehensive training and skill development. Upon successful completion of this phase,
you will be officially inducted into the TekWorks 6 Month Internship Program.

Upon meeting our rigorous standards, you will have the chance to join our client
engagements. This will entail adhering to established processes, terms, and conditions. As
your experience unfolds, you will receive a detailed offer letter outlining your compensation
package. This package will be determined by various factors, including your performance
during the internship, prevailing market standards, job role, location, and other relevant
considerations.
