Chapter-1 Introduction
E - Organic Food Store- provides the best way for any individual to
improve their health. It is the best way to provide all the organic food products available in the
market at all in one place or say particularly at a website. This would not only improve one’s
personal health fitness but also, would make their family’s quality of food consuming more
preferable, sustainable and long lasting.
1.3 Scope :
It can be used in small places, and medium cities firstly and then on large scale.
It can also help restaurants to simplify their daily operational and managerial task
as well as improve the dining experience of customers.
Customers, admin, support staff can use the system for the ease and accuracy of the
work.
Back staff can maintain data records of past customers to enhance their experience
for search results.
Similar products can also be suggested based on their history.
Our system would be connected with organic food product sellers only.
Organic produce is often (but not always, so watched where it is from) produced on
smaller farms near where it is sold, so it makes our e-store.
Registered users when logged in the system they get results according to their last
choices of products.
If visitor user wants to get information only and not want to buy so they can put that
product in wish list and after some time again they can purchase that product.
Bill amount will also be updated, if product price changes.
2.1 Stakeholders :
A person, group, or organization that is actively involved in a project, is affected
directly/indirectly by its outcome, or can influence the outcome.
Admin
He is the owner of the system who has all rights regarding to the system.
He can manage the users of the system.
Customer
They will be soul of the database.
They would only be able to search, buy, suggest, add to cart etc.
They can even opt for being a seller if they want to.
Software Specification:
Front-end Technology: CSS, HTML etc.
Back-end Technology: SQLite
Framework : Django
Hardware Specification:
RAM: 1GB or more
Hard-disk: 250 GB or more
Processor: Core Processor XP or any thereafter
Incremental Model:
This model is more flexible – less costly to change scope and requirements.
It is easier to test and debug during a smaller iteration.
In this model customer can respond to each built.
Lowers initial delivery cost.
This process model helps to manage technical risks.
Initial product delivery is faster.
Work load is less.
Customer can respond to feature and review the product.
Risk of changing requirement is reduced.
Core product is developed first that is main functionality is added in the first
increment.
Incremental model consists of several phases in which each and every phase is monitored
carefully and on successful completion is given as a prototype to the customer.
We have considered two phases in the model:-
Increment 1:
First phase comprises of consolidated list of requirements and system analysis comparatively
till a limit of first three chapters of the procedure to be followed. All the stakeholders of the
system, process models and project definition was wisely chosen and all the system
management and planning phase was completed within a given tenure. All the feasibility modes
and criteria’s were efficiently with ample amount of time were considered with a brief talking
among our respective team and then finally did the first phase completion.
Increment 2 :
Second phase comprises of system analysis and design and future conclusion i.e. the last two
chapters provided to us. All the UML designs were made considering all the stakeholders and
their workbase effectively in a manner that they do not conflict. Each and every actor of the
system has a predefined task except the visitors. The Data dictionary, User Interface and the
System navigation simultaneously describes the way they are presented. The User Interface is
just an approximate visual representation of how the system will be designed as though actual
representation may vary as more changes are possible in future as the whole designing section
is totally left out. So likewise all diagrams are just an approximate visual representation of how
the system will look. Similarly the same goes with future scope and conclusion as the
limitations may or may not increase. So effectively Future scope will also be increased.

This is the home page of our website.
After scrolling our home page we can see different types of categories
of our products.
When we click on add to cart button, then corresponding items will add in
cart.
After clicking on Quick view button we will see the detailed information of
the product.
When we click on cart symbol we will be redirected on the cart page which
contains list of the products added.
After clicking” place order” button it will show the payment option screen.
If user wants to change password, then they can change it from here.
Chapter 6 Testing
1. Test Case :
Description: In this test case, when user will enter the email and password for
login and if he/she enters wrong E-mail or password, so it shows an error message
that it is invalid credential.
2. Test Case :
Description: In this test case, if user will not fill any of the field, then a
message will generate for inform the user to fill that field.
3. Test Case :
4. Test Case :
Description: In this test case, if user will not fill any of the field, then a
message will generate for inform the user to fill that field.
5. Test Case :
Description: In this test case, if user will enter password less than 8 digits, so
it shows an error message that enter valid password.
6. Test Case :
Description: In this test case, if user enter confirm password which is not
match with password then it will show an error.
If user can register with already available username then it will
Shown a message.
7. Test Case :
Description: In this test case, if user will not fill any of the field, then a
message will generate for inform the user to fill that field.
8. Test Case :
9. Test Case :
Description: In this test case, if user will not fill any of the field, then a
message will generate for inform the user to fill that field.

7.3 Conclusion
The future scope has a vision of how the company can be in the future, it is a
wholesome bunch of ideas and facts yet to be implemented: -
As we are now focusing on the retail segment of the market but we intend to
make necessary changes on our E-commerce platform to extend our reach and
will try to cover the eventually the next segment i.e. wholesale segment of the
market.
We'll constantly try to upgrade and improve our network and communication
channel.
As we all know that nowadays artificial intelligence (AI) plays a very an
important role in many of the industries, so we also can have hands-on so to
enhance the consumer's usage towards our one of the best organic websites
created to date. By integrating and collaborating artificial intelligence for
analyzing the user's data, as to render better services to them.
Constant efforts will be made on making the platform more mobile optimized
and will not limit it to being mobile-friendly.
Social Media plays a key role to either make them a hero or zero, so these
platforms will be used for endorsement but the main part is social media status
we will continuously monitor the comments and reviews so that the brand image
does not get blurred.

Bibliographies are special reference works that are used to identify as many published works
on a given subject as possible, and serve as compilations for other authors or researchers.
