Presently electricity bills are collected at PSPCL cash counters, Government Sewa Kendras, common service centres and various online payment modes like RTGS, Paytm, BBPS, payment gateways of Billdesk, HDFC. In order to explore cost effective and enhanced digital payment modes for its consumers, PSPCL intends to explore new digital platforms. It is requested to submit proposal on non-exclusivity condition, containing following particulars. The assigned job will be extendable based on the performance from time to time.
