I am writing this mail to make you consider our humble request to book a Hotel Room , in Abu-Dhabi

on behalf our prestigious company ; which provision is being provided by our company to our working
facalty.
As you know the National Day holidays of UAE are approaching recently on 30 th NOVEMBER, 1st and 2nd
of DECEMBER , which is an officially declared holidays and we aint having work on those days. so we are
planning to spend some quality time as a refreshment on the scheduled prementioned holidays.
As we are aware of the fact that, this facility/ provision has been utilised so far by our company facalty
from our current site as well as other respective sites .
Taking into account of certain informations and circumstances like
(1) we have been working in our current site for more than 6 months with out going for leave
(2) we have never utilised the above mentioned provision provided by our company
(3) pre-mentioned 3 day holidays coming in between the continuous work schedules
It would be so graceful and genorous if we get a hotelroom booked [ on behalf of our company
considering the above mentioned] .
It would be a great token of gratitude if you consider our humble requisition mentioned above.
