    With due respect, I submit the following lines for your kind consideration please.

    2. I have been granted 30 days EL from 4th July 2020 onwards for Medical check
    up/Medical Review. But due to the current pandemic, I couldn't carry out my medical check
    up as I was in institutional quarantine for 28 days as per government protocols at Kerala, and
    also as my residential area was declared as containment zone by government of Kerala.

    3. Hence I kindly request you to extend 30 days leave for the purpose above stated.
