Sub :- Request for crediting 30 days of EL into our service book.

Dear Sir,

We, the following teachers of Jr. college, would like to bring to your kind notice, that we have
successfully completed, the 3 years of probation period, as Shikshan Sevak (ie. Assistant teacher), after
our appointment.

Further, we would like to add that the terms of employment and conditions of service of Jr college
teachers, are as per MEPS ACT 1977 & MEPS RULES 1981. Accordingly, we are eligible for 10 days of EL
per year, thus amounting to 30 days of EL, for the 3 years of probation period as Shikshan Sevak (ie.
Assistant teacher).

Recently , we came to know that this 30 days of EL admissible to us, has not been credited so far into
our service book. Hence, we request you, to instruct your office, to credit the same into our service
book, at the earliest.
