Our TIN: 37242496452 and Vat & CST return for the month of
Jun’17

With reference to the above we have objection on that above notice is as follows:

We had sold the Solar Power Systems to Out of State for the Month of Jun’17 for
Rs.2,33,460/- and paid full tax i.e 5 % on the above sales but not sold with concessional
rate of Tax and not received any C Form.

Hence we request your good selves to treat the amount of Rs.2,33,460/- as payment of
full Tax not concessional rate of Tax. For this we are herewith enclosing Jun’17 VAT &
CST Returns and Invoice No.8/dated.28-6-17 for Gross Amount of Rs.2,33,460/-

Kindly do the assessment based on the above and issue the fresh Assessment Order and
do the needful.
