REFLECTION WEEK 8

In the past week, I was in the maintenance stage. I was able to control the late-night

sleep change activities that I was trying to manage to succeed and achieve my bedtime goals.

For this week eight, in my opinion, I think my change was successful. I reduce the

amount of late-night sleep quickly as a student, although it is undeniably very difficult for

students to be able to sleep early. More importantly, I laid the groundwork for the next

change I wanted in my life. This change is very successful in terms of personal factors. I am a

person who often does not enjoy change. This is because every change I make, it does not

become in the long -term time. So, it makes me like my daily routine and always practice it

until it caused a little anxiety to me.

So, for this week, I do not know how to reflect for the past week because there is

nothing I did for change because I managed to sleep before 1.00 pm more than that, but to be

honest I relapsed in the maintenance stage on two days ago. My housemate and I had a

sharing session together, or talked about life, privacy, relationships, and joking until we did

not even realize it was already 4.00 a.m. We chatted so lively that we did not realize it was

too late, as the story involved our own views on the issue. They reminded me of the

behaviour change I made but I told them and thought when we would be together again like

that night. I told them that this was a reward for me who managed to control my behaviour.

That is all for reflection on this week.
