The three pie charts provide information about the ratio of main nutrients including

carbohydrates, protein and fat namely, in three different type of diets.

Overall, in all sorts of diets, carbohydrates constitutes the biggest segment, followed by

protein and fat, respectively.

It can be clearly seen from the pie charts that the portion of carbohydrates and protein are the

same, being 40% in average diet. On the other hand, the fat consumption allowed to consume

in the same diet is only 20%.

The biggest amount of carbohydrates can be consumed in healthy diet IS for sportive

purposes, which accounts for %60 of total. The allowable amount of protein and fat in the

same diet correspond to one in quarter and a just below a sixth, respectively, in the same diet.

On the other hand, in the healthy diet, carbohydrates account for exactly a half of the total

amount of nutrients. As regards to protein and fat, their allowable limitINTAKE are

significantly less than the amount of carbohydrates, being around just below a third and one in

five, respectively, in the healty diet.
