Job Scope: (1) Tightening of engine roller guide housing

(2) Inspection of camshaft, cams, roller guides and associated gear

Job Description:
(1) For all units, fuel pump roller guide base bolt (Part no 256) to retighten at torque of 60 Nm ( Refer Dra
Molykote to be used as grease for the roller guide housing bolts.
Note: Bolts for the roller guide housing have broken in the past, ensure that the paper gasket (Part no 232
overhaul.

(2) Carry out camcase inspection:

(i) Open up all units' camcase covers and inspect the condition of the camshaft, cams, rollers, roller guide

(ii) Especially check for any abnormalities such as damages/scratch marks/any unusual wear pattern on th
(iii) Check for satisfactory lube oil flow
