Floating Holiday

This year onwards we are introducing a new concept holiday to ensure business
connectivity and quality time off, when on a holiday. This is being called a “Floating
Holiday’. Floating Holiday is a paid day off that is offered as a substitution for local public
holiday. It’s prime aim is to incorporate flexibility & alignment wherein, it can be utilized as
a provision by local employees supporting business in different Scorpio offices globally.
We urge the approving Managers to ensure this privilege is judiciously used and not
randomized e.g. someone working with Monaco team only should not take off on a
Singapore office holiday.
Employees need to inform his/her respective Manager along with HR about his/her
preference at least a week prior to availing this benefit once the Declared Calendar holiday
list is published.
Should you need further clarification, Team HR is available.

*Floating holiday option is not available for 26th Jan, 1st May, 15th Aug & 2nd Oct.
