    Subject: Internship Offer for Frontend Developer

    Dear Shashi,

    We are pleased to extend you an internship offer for a Frontend developer at Oddiyana
    Ventures for 6 months, with effect from Jan 15, 2024 till July 15, 2024.

    The terms and conditions of your appointment are as follows:

    1. Remuneration: As part of your internship arrangement, you will be entitled to a


    stipend of Rs. 20,000 per month. This stipulated compensation is designed to be
    provided consistently on a monthly basis throughout the entire duration of your
    internship.

    2. Incentives: The benefits and incentives provided will be contingent upon the
    nature of the projects undertaken and your individual achievements.

    3. Work Hours: The standard working hours for Monday to Friday is from 9 am to 5
    pm. Saturdays will be half-day till 1 pm. Sundays and Government holidays will
    be considered as off days, however, you will be required to contribute if there is
    any urgent task or assignments on those days. Due to the logistics limitations,
    you will be working remotely from your place.

    4. Leave Policy: It is mandatory to provide advance notice to your immediate


    superior regarding any planned leave.

    5. Advance notice of departure: Should you decide to terminate your internship


    during the six-month period, it is obligatory to reimburse the stipend received up
    until that date. A notice shall be provided prior to one (1) month of departure and

    proper handing-taking shall be done before the departure.

    6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: You will be required to sign a confidentiality


    and non-disclosure agreement, which prohibits you from disclosing any
    confidential information about the company or its clients.
