Dear Shivam,

Subject: Offer of employment for the position of Social Media Manager

Grapple Creation X Pvt. Ltd. (7Sea Esports) is pleased to offer you a position as a Social Media

Manager. It is intended for you to commence your employment on 01 AUG 2020. Please read

through this letter carefully and indicate your acceptance of the offer by signing and returning a

copy of this letter, no later than 2 AUG 2020.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Suggest, analyze and implement content strategies for social media.

2. Analyze competitor strategies for content, and their marketing campaigns

3. Design, curate and create content, take help from Design team if necessary

4. Responsible for managing media team and ensuring the team is providing vfx and gfx designs, videos on
time.

5. Responsible for Content creators - social media visibility, weekly plannings, props, vlogs, photoshoots,
preparing story dashboards and video shoots.

Your roles and responsibilities are subject to change as per the requirements of the

employer and/or based on your performance. Any changes or addition will be

intimated to you before updating the roles and responsibilities.

 Terms and Conditions

1. Your position
You will be employed on the terms and conditions in this agreement, in the role of: Social

Media Manager

2. Location
Your duties will be performed from Grapple Creation X Office, Pune.
3. Probationary period
Your employment is subject to the satisfactory completion of a probationary period of one

month. The probationary period is designed to grant the Employer time to assess whether

you are able to fulfil your role with the Employer upon providing 1-week written notice (or

payment in the lieu of that notice).

4. Hours of work
As a Full-time employee you will be required to devote substantial time and attention during

the agreed upon hours to the performance of your duties under this agreement.

You will not be entitled to receive any remuneration for work performed outside of the

hours referred to in sub-clause above.

5. Salary and Benefits

Your annual Salary will be 2,16,000 INR/-
This salary will be paid by monthly in the following manner: deposit into nominated account.

The above-mentioned salary is the total cost to the company and includes all payments made

and benefits provided by the employer directly or indirectly to or on your behalf, whether as

salary or otherwise.

6. Leave
You will be entitled to annual and long service leave in accordance with the applicable laws

and the leave policy of the company.

7. Company Policies
You agree that the Employer’s policies, as amended or replaced from time to time, shall be

binding upon you but shall not form part of the employment contract.

8. Confidentiality, Intellectual Property and alternative employment

You agree that you will not divulge any of the confidential information or trade

secret of the Employer to any person, during or after the termination of your

employment.

During your term of employment with us, you are not allowed to be employed by any

other organization or offer your services with or without pay to any physical person,

legal entity, public authority or to be occupied in your own business without the prior

written permission of the Director of our company (which can be obtained within one

week of joining the Company or engaging in such an activity whichever is later).

9. Termination
During your employment, either party may terminate this agreement by providing

written notice of one week (or payment in lieu of notice) to the other party

Notwithstanding sub-clause above, the Employer may terminate this agreement by notice

effective immediately without payment (except salary accrued to the date of termination)

where you have committed an act of willful or serious misconduct, are significantly

neglectful of your duties, or you are in breach of this agreement.

 Agreement

Please indicate your acceptance of this letter of offer and the terms of your Employment contained

herein by signing and returning the enclosed copy of this letter to the Employer.

I, Shivam Lingade, accept and agree to the terms of conditions of employment contained in this

Letter of offer and agree to bound by them.
