I also anticipate my side to employees when I implement PA in company, they should ask
some complete about the PA what I miss out to add in my PA format, and what should be important
then I can I add my PA. They also write up some comments and complaints when company give
them compensation or performance reward or salary as reward.
The Quick Delivery Pvt. Ltd. Is non-union with 100 employee’s company. Here every
employee do there work with very honestly and they do there work is with very hardly that’s why
company till didn’t make any PA for employee’s but when I decide to try PA that has never been
done before in the company. Is helps to company economically growth.
